    But the maximum amount of Ebay Bucks is $100 per purchase. Also, Ebay Bucks are offered to a tiny percentage of users at a time, not all at once.

    At least they are now generally good for one year from issuance, rather than 30 days or less. Still they come out of the seller's hide. I'd rather sell coins as bullion for the lower fees.
