    Coin 2.  More even and pleasing toning, if darker.   It also looks like it lights up nicely in bright light.

    I will venture a butchery guess, just for fun: 1=55, 2=50.

    Those are two very nice examples!

    I might have a different preference if I were to view them in hand. However, based on the pictures, I prefer the second one, as the first one appears to have some areas of light cloudiness/haze on each side.

    Coin #1 Au 55.    Coin #2 MS 63.
     Just a wild, wild guess, I am no expert on seated dollars especially from a picture.

    6 and 1/2 dozen. Too close to call, photo finish.....good pics too.
