CAC Members- Submission policy for submission during regular tier suspension

This is a message from the CAC office:

CAC members who wish to submit coins for evaluation during the regular tier ($16) service suspension-

When generating a submission form with the online portal, check the $16 regular tier option and use the proper declared value. Once you save and print the submission copies, cross out the $16 tier option manually and specify the higher tier of $35 to have CAC review your coins at this time.

Great, thanks for the update. So if cross out the $16 and write in $35, then I proceed to cross out the $35 and write in $65, does the coin automatically receive a gold sticker?
