  • Machin Mills 1/2 penny issues which are in themselves counterfeit are particularly hard to verify as truly counterfeit! LOL

I have tried to accumulate a full set of Machin Mills that are PCGS worthy and also passes CAC stickering but they are too hard to find. I got real close but no cigar!

Then JA stopped stickering them. He had to increasingly rely on the top outside experts to verify his opinion.
Not easy to pick them out. It takes DECADES to assemble a complete date set.

  • No 1804 dollars have stickered. Only one of the 1913 Liberty Nickels has (the Eliasberg PF66).

I wonder why no 1804 dollars have stickered?  Have the surfaces been messed with? I
I personally have never actually seen one except for pictures....
