Those mechinal errors sure can be funny. Last year I bought an NGC Washinton quarter with AU64 on the insert. And to top that the cert number was to a 1928 SLQ.
Years ago I sent a toned Roosevelt dime to PCGS and it was graded MS67 and labeled as an 1827 (I believe it was 1827) Capped Bust half. Unfortunately, I alerted them of the error and the slab with corrected.
