The tier 1 has been suspended since September 2022. When I went on the CAC Website today, I did not get the tier 1suspension pop up. Has the regular tier 1 been re-opened?

    It popped up for me, just now.

    If you are still signed in (keep me signed in) and slip out then back in, it does not display. If sign out, and then play peekaboo, it is displayed.

    It seems random as to when I get the suspension pop-up, some days I get that others I do not. However, the regular tier is still closed.

    The regular tier is still suspended. Though others have likely solved the issue, I wanted to respond!

    Not me!!! I had them hold me by the ankles about 10 years a go or so, and i kissed it! Got a nice photo of that too!
